The payment methods available at our casino
Our cashier delivers a broad selection of cards, e-wallets, bank payment and crypto so players across Europe can move funds in the way that suits them. Visa and Mastercard are accepted for both top-ups and payouts, e-wallets like Skrill, Neteller and ecoPayz cover most of the remaining demand, traditional bank transfer handles larger balances, and Bitcoin gives an alternative rail for users who prefer on-chain settlement. We treat every method as a first-class option instead of an afterthought, and we set out the applicable limits, times and fees in the table below so you can plan a deposit before you reach our cashier.
If you want a fast entry into tycoon casino without a long setup, an electronic wallet or a card typically lands the smallest example smallest deposit at 10 EUR, which makes it easy to sample a few slots rounds and walk away with your balance intact. For players moving five-figure sums, a SEPA bank payment remains the cleanest path, even though the example minimum deposit there sits at 50 EUR. Crypto users can start with 0.0002 BTC, a level that reflects the way Bitcoin is fractionally priced instead of a discounted entry point. Every figure below is a typical example we apply across our cashier and is reviewed when providers change their commercial terms.
| Payment method | Example minimum amount to deposit | Typical processing time | Fee from our side |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa / Mastercard | 10 EUR | Instant for deposits, 1–3 business days for withdrawals | No fee |
| Skrill, Neteller, ecoPayz | 10 EUR | Instant for deposits, within 24 hours for withdrawals | No fee |
| SEPA bank transfer | 50 EUR | Same day to 2 business days | No fee |
| Bitcoin | 0.0002 BTC | Up to 1 hour after one network confirmation | No fee, network fee applies |
The stages of deposits and withdrawals with us
Deposits at our casino follow a four-step path that we keep deliberately brief. You select a method, enter an amount that meets the example minimum, confirm the payment on the provider's secure page, and we credit the balance to your account once authorisation arrives. The whole flow is engineered to take under a minute for cards and electronic wallets, which means you spend less time in our cashier and more time on the casino floor. We surface a live status on screen so you always know whether a deposit is pending, credited or refused.
Withdrawals follow the same structured pipeline but with stricter controls. After you request a payout, we have an internal review, lock the amount against your balance, verify the destination details, and only then release the funds to your selected method. The table below summarises where each stage usually happens and what you can expect to see in your account activity.
| Payment stage | What we do | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
| Request submitted | Funds reserved on your balance | Instant |
| Internal review | Game history and bonus terms checked | Up to 24 hours |
| Provider routing | Funds dispatched to card, e-wallet, bank or BTC | Instant to 48 hours |
| Settlement | Funds appear in your external account | 1–3 business days for cards and bank transfer, same day for e-wallets and BTC |
The pairing of these two flows keeps deposits quick and withdrawals disciplined, which is the trade-off we believe players prefer over slow payouts with no checks at all.
Player verification and security checks
Know Your Customer checks sit at the centre of our payments stack. Before a first withdrawal we ask for a government photo ID, a recent proof of address and, where relevant, confirmation of the payment method in your name. Uploads are encrypted in transit and stored on segregated servers that only the team handling payments can access. The goal is to confirm that the person cashing out is the same person who opened the account, and to stop bonus abuse before it reaches the payout queue.
Security checks are not a one-off event. We re-run sanctions and age screens at standard intervals and on any change to your profile, like a new address or a new card. When a check is in progress you will see a banner inside your account that explains why the payout is held, and we never process a withdrawal while a verification step is open. Verified accounts typically sail through subsequent payouts without re-prompts, which keeps repeat cash-outs short.
Limits, currencies and processing windows
Our cashier is configured around three reference currencies: EUR, USD and BTC. Players who deposit in EUR can withdraw in EUR, and the same applies to USD, which removes a layer of conversion risk for regular users. Crypto balances are settled in the coin you funded with, so a Bitcoin deposit returns as Bitcoin unless you actively convert inside the wallet before withdrawal. We publish a daily payout ceiling per account tier and we raise it on request once you ask once a player builds a consistent cash-out history.
Handling windows follow our operational hours rather than a public calendar. Cut-off times for same-day payouts are 18:00 CET on business days; requests that arrive later are queued for the next morning. Weekends and public holidays extend settlement for bank payments, while cards and electronic wallets continue to clear through their own rails. The combination of clear tiers and predictable cut-offs means members can plan a cash-out around a known rhythm.
Fees, conversion and payout routing
We do not apply deposit or withdrawal fees on any of the methods listed in the first table. The only external cost a player may see is the fee charged by the network on a Bitcoin transaction, which is paid to miners instead of to us. Card issuers and some banks apply their own cash advance or receiving fees on gambling transactions, and we document that behaviour in our cashier help centre so you can compare options prior to confirming a transfer.
Currency conversion happens at the point of deposit if you fund in a currency other than your account base, and we use a mid-market reference rate updated every fifteen minutes or so. On the payout side we send funds in the currency of the original deposit whenever the receiving method supports it, which avoids a second conversion. If a method only supports one currency, we flag it in our cashier before confirming the request.
Funding slots and live tables
Once a deposit clears, the balance is shared across the casino lobby, so you can move between slots, live-dealer tables and jackpot games without needing a second transfer. Slots bets are deducted directly from the cash balance, with any active funds from the bonus kept distinct so progress through wagering stays easy to read in the account panel. This split also accelerates withdrawals, because winnings generated from cash do not require additional bonus clearance.
Live table players follow the same funding flow but with a smaller average stake, so the 10 EUR example minimum for cards and e-wallets is usually enough for multiple rounds of roulette or blackjack. High-limit tables accept the same payment options, and the cashier raises per-transaction ceilings automatically once you opt into higher-stakes play. The shared wallet design means a single verified payout method covers every product inside the casino.
- Cash balance and bonus balance are tracked separately inside the account panel.
- Slots and live tables draw from the same wallet, no extra transfer required.
- Higher per-transaction ceilings unlock automatically for verified players.
Support and dispute handling for payments
Our payments customer support team works alongside our cashier rather than behind a distinct email address. Live chat connects you to an agent who can view your deposit and withdrawal history in real time, which shortens the loop on routine questions such as a missing receipt or a stuck payout. For complex cases we open a formal ticket, assign a reference number and keep the conversation in one thread until the matter is closed.
If a dispute reaches the point where a player is unhappy with our resolution, we point to an independent alternative dispute resolution provider listed in the terms and conditions. We cooperate with that body by sharing transaction logs and the internal checks that were run, and we comply with its ruling. The aim is to keep payment complaints short, transparent and well documented for both sides.
- Live chat covers routine cashier questions in real time.
- Formal tickets carry a reference number and a single owner until closure.
- An independent ADR provider handles disputes that the support team cannot resolve.
A quick recap before you play
Our payments setup is built around four rails, two reference currencies and a four-stage payout pipeline, which keeps deposits fast and withdrawals traceable. Verification protects every account, limits are tier-based instead of one-size-fits-all, and support sits inside the cashier so questions do not get lost between teams. If you are ready to start, the next step is a 10 EUR card or e-wallet top-up, a quick play on the slots and a first withdrawal through the same method you used to deposit.
